Refund policy

PRISTIGE HAIR takes pride in ensuring that all our wigs, bundles, frontals and closure are in pristine condition and unused. Therefore we are unable to except refunds and exchanges on ALL our products in any circumstance. All purchases are final.

Please ensure that you select the cap size for your wig and also ensure that select a style or colour that suits you. Any changes as a result of choosing the incorrect cap size will be at an additional cost.

We can only accept the right to return within 14 days of delivery for all NON- CUSTOM and UNTAMPERED products. Any item that has been altered chemically or physically does not qualify for an exchange or refund. 

This includes but is not limited to:

The wig must not be coloured, styled, bleached, washed, brushed or combed.

The lace on the wig and the hair itself must not be cut.

The wig must not have been worn or have contact with any food scents, smoke, hair spray or perfume.

To initiate your return of your non-custom and untampered wig, you must notify us with photo evidence no later than 3 days after being in receipt of the item. Once approved by our team, you must return the item within 14 days to be eligible for your refund.
